SSC fall to Jin Jiu in Football Friendly

KUCHING – Sarawak Sports Corporation (SSC) team lost 3 – 6 to Jiu Jin Football Club of Beijing, China in their friendly match which was held at State Stadium, Petra Jaya on 5 January.

The kick off ceremony was performed by YB Datuk Abdul Karim Hamzah, Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports Sarawak who was accompanied by China’s Consul General to Sarawak, Mr Fu Jijun and his deputy, Mr Zhang Yang.

In the friendly match, SSC was represented by Federal Minister of Works, YB Dato Seri Fadillah Yusof, Sarawak’s Assistant Minister of Youth and Sports, YB Datuk Snowdan Lawan, State Assemblyman for Tupong, YB Encik Fazzrudin Abdul Rahman, Permanent Secretary to Sarawak’s Ministry of International Trade and eCommerce, Encik Kameri Affendi, SSC CEO Dr Ong Kong Swee, former Sarawak twin strikers, Ramos Sari and Ramles Sari, former international Bobby, Mohammad Mantali, Danial Batin, , Daud Aba, Jamil Hussen, Ahmad Fairuz Yunus, Wan Paridon, Busman Ismail, Sebli Bakar, Ramlee Ahmad, Abdul Ghani Annuar, Mohd Safri Amit, Syazani Zakaris, Abdul Muktalib Mohammad, Stanley Robert and former State coach, Pengiran Bala.
