Is there any payment of deposit required for any booking made for the stadium or other sports facilities available at Sarawak Sports Complexs?
Yes. A payment of deposit is required and must be paid at least 1 month (30-day) in advance. Any payments is payable by cash or cheque and in favour of SARAWAK SPORTS CORPORATION.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Payment of deposit is refundable but an official letter is strictly required and is submitted at least 2 weeks in advance before the date of event.
When is the FULL payment is required for the booking of the stadium or any other sports facilities ?
Full payment is strictly required at least 2 weeks (14-day) before the date of event failing which may render the booking to be cancelled or keep in view (KIV).
Is Police permit required to organise events at any facilities available at Sarawak Sports Complex?
Certain events must have prior permits from the Police; Sarawak State Government; Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU) and other relevant authorities. You may seek the assistance on this matter from the Marketing Unit of Sarawak Sports Corporation.
